The development of the present invention refers to an efficient hybrid solar equipment best known as: Hybrid Solar Dehydrating Device, which consists in flat thermal-solar equipments of the industrial type having a high performance for storing solar energy that is subsequently transformed into heat energy transmitted to a dehydrating chamber by means of a copper piping and heat exchangers, the chamber being hermetically sealed, thereby obtaining dried fruits, grains, vegetables, and flowers by solar energy, relative humidity being maintained accordi |
