Effect of varying doses of NPK on growth and vigour of mango during pre-bearing stage.

Abstract : One-year-old mangoes cvs Neelum and Prior were treated annually with 10:9:10, 20:18:25 or 40:36:50 g NPK/tree for the first 3 years after planting. Height, spread, girth and number of branches/tree are tabulated. For the period of the study NPK rate had apparently no effect on these growth characteristics.
