Abstract : This paper discusses the main diseases (anthracnose and stalk rot) of pawpaw and mango in Brazil, caused by species of Colletotrichum and Botryosphaeriaceae, providing some information on pathogen identification (based on morphology and sequence/phylogenetic analysis), economic impact, epidemiology, and their management.
