Coconuts: Studies on the oil content of Malayan Dwarf cv. and the use of coconut water as a substrate for the production of food yeast. Mangoes: Analyses of flavouring constituents.ADDITIONAL ABSTRACT:The projects noted include the distillation of bay laurel oil in Dominica and lime and nutmeg oils in Grenada, assessments of chillies and ginger from the British Solomon Islands, artificial drying of pimento berries in Jamaica, the development of essential oils in Thailand, and the saponin content and sapogenin composition of the molluscicide identified in the fruit of Phytolacca dodecandra.
