Abstract : Studies were conducted to determine the best medium for mycelial growth and production of mycelial dry weight of Glomerella cingulata. Diseased mango samples were collected and cultured in the laboratory using Richard's synthetic, Czapeck's Dox, potato dextrose agar and mango leaf extract media, respectively. Results showed that there was no significant difference in the Richard's synthetic, Czapeck's Dox, potato dextrose agar media with respect to the linear growth and mycelial dry weight of G. cingulata, while the mango leaf extract medium showed the lowest results.
