Abstract : An experiment was carried out to study the effect of different conditions and months, from June 7 to May 8 on the success and growth of mango soft wood grafts. The highest percentage of successful grafts (86.67) was recorded in July grafted plants which were maintained under green house conditions. The next highest percentage (82.23) of successful grafts was recorded in June grafted plants. The lowest success rate was in December grafted plants (50.01). Further, the observation revealed that there was a higher rate of successful grafts (>50%) in all the 12 months under green house conditions. This indicates that the minimum relative humidity and temperature has the significantly positive correlation with percentage of success and growth in all the conditions and seasons.
