Abstract : During 2013, mango producers of the most important growing area of Iran (Hormozgan province), reported extensive damages to panicles of mango cv. Lengra trees, consisting of necrosis of flowers and pedicels. The causal pathogen was identified as Cladosporium tenuissimum based on morphological, genetic and pathogenicity analyses. This is thought to be the first report of C. tenuissimum causing inflorescence infection on magno in Iran.
