Abstract : Eighteen cvs were assessed for fruit weight and length, seed weight and length, weight of pulp and peel, pulp percentage, pulp and juice quality, fruit flavour and keeping quality, fruit chemical composition, and tree characteristics. The data are tabulated. The mid-season cv. Alam Pasand gave the best results with regard to flavour, pulp content, fruit appearance and storability. The cv. Mocha produced the largest fruits of over 500 g but they were of poor quality. The cv. Tota produced the smallest fruits weighing about 90 g.
