Abstract : Ten cvs were assessed for fruit contents of ascorbic acid, reducing and non-reducing sugars, TSS, ash, crude fibre and protein, and pH. The data are tabulated. Fajali had the highest ascorbic acid content (16.16 mg/100 g) and Dashehari the highest TSS content (23.8%).
