Abstract : The tables show the temperature, RH, CO2 and O2 requirements and the possible number of storage days, for apples, pears, stone fruits, grapes, strawberries and other soft fruits, citrus fruits, avocados, bananas, guavas, litchis, mangoes, papaws and other tropical fruits, nuts, brassicas, artichokes, beans, peas, cucumbers, carrots, Allium spp., melons, capsicums, radishes, mushrooms, lettuce, celery, asparagus, spinach, tomatoes and other vegetables.
