Abstract : Fruits harvested 100-105 days after fruit set and dipped in hot water (54°C for 5 min) or in hot water + Ethrel [ethephon] at 500 p.p.m. were stored at 35° and 80-85% RH for up to 7 days. At the end of storage fruits treated with hot water only had the best appearance and lowest fungal spoilage.
