Abstract : The contents of reducing, non-reducing and total sugars, starch and total carbohydrates were determined 30 and 50 days after anthesis in leaves and panicles on healthy and malformed shoots of the cv. Chausa. The data are tabulated. All carbohydrate fractions were reduced in tissues of malformed trees compared with healthy ones and this reduction increased with tree age.
