Effect of NPK fertilizers and Spartin on the yield of fruit crops - a note.

Abstract : Mature mango (2 cultivars) guava (one cv.) and mandarin (one cv.) trees received optimum NPK rates for each species and cv. (data tabulated) or the optimum NPK rates + Spartin 7085 (containing different micronutrients). The best results were obtained with NPK + Spartin 7085 which gave 67, 135, 90 and 81% increase over the control in the number of fruits/tree in the mandarin cv. Santra, the guava cv. Allahabad Safeda and in the mango cultivars Langra and Dusehri, respectively.
