Abstract : The physical and chemical characteristics were determined between 75 and 117 days after anthesis, in fruits picked from 40-year-old trees. The data are tabulated. The optimum time for harvesting in this cv. occurred between 105 and 111 days after anthesis when the TSS and total sugar values were around 17 and 11.81-12.22%, respectively, and the starch:acid ratio was between 13.64 and 13.67.
