Effect of gibberellic acid (GA3) and urea on the 'off' year shoots in Lanrga mango (Mangifera indica, L.).

Abstract : GA3 at 50 p.p.m. + urea at 1%, applied to trees in the on year, stimulated vegetative shoot growth, and increased the number of leaves and their area. These effects were considered promising for inducing fruit development in the following (off) year.
