Some factors affecting root regeneration in mango cuttings in mist and hot-bed.

Abstract : Juvenile cuttings rooted well whereas non-juvenile ones (from 30-year-old Langra trees) did not. Wounding the cuttings with 1-4 vertical cuts had a beneficial effect only if up to 2 cuts were made. Cuttings in hotbeds rooted better than in mist, and treatment with IBA (0.0490 M) stimulated rooting.
