Abstract : Counts of Aceria mangiferae Sayed on 46 mango cultivars in Brazil [cf. RAE/A 59, 3810] showed that all were infested, though damage was generally slight. Haden, the most important commercial cultivar in the State of Sao Paulo, had the greatest number of mites, but only minor damage. Augusta, a non-commercial cultivar, had the lowest number, but was heavily damaged. No mites were noticed in the flowers.
