Fungicides for disease control on avocados, limes and mangos in Florida.

Abstract : A review of the most recent investigations of organic fungicides (ferbam, maneb, dithane M-45, manzate 200, phaltan, thiram, daconil 2787, polyram and difolatan) in comparison with Bordeaux emulsions and Cu fungicides against the major diseases of these crops is presented. During the past 4 yr benomyl has shown promise against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides [Glomerella cingulata] on mango and avocado, scab (Sphaceloma perseae) on avocado and powdery mildew (Oidium) on mango.
