Abstract : Tabulated data are presented on chemical contents and quality traits in mature fruits of 10 varieties analysed in 1981-82 and 1982-83. Allampur Baneshan had the highest ascorbic acid contents (>29%), Alphonso the highest reducing sugar contents (9.97-10.10%), Unnabi Gola the highest nonreducing sugar contents (>7.4%) and Alphonso the highest protein contents (>0.98% in 1981-82).
