Abstract : Analysis of data from >25 cultivars revealed differences in sensitivity to this physiological disorder, which leads to internal breakdown of the fruit. Ah Pingh was least sensitive, while Kent and Ameeri were particularly sensitive. Fruit harvested at the green ripe stage was affected significantly less than that harvested when fully ripe.
