Abstract : In an orchard planted in 1967 with the cv. Dashehari, N at 100-300 g, P2O5 at 0 or 21.83 g, and K2O at 0 or 83 g/tree were applied annually as from 1970. Soil organic C was not significantly affected. N and K significantly increased the soil electrical conductivity, and soil pH was appreciably lowered by N.
