Abstract : The optimum time to control Idioscopus atkinsoni [Idiocerus atkinsoni] and Idioscopus clypealis on mango with 0.1% fenitrothion was investigated in field trials in Pakistan in 1979-81. Of 6 spraying dates, applications of fenitrothion in December and January were the most effective in controlling the incidence of the pests and gave the highest yields of fruits.
