Abstract : Of 140 Mangifera indica cultivars tested, 6 were resistant to Oidium mangiferae under conditions of natural infection; 4 of these (Kesar, Bangalora, Janardan Pasand and Totaparikhurd) were also resistant following inoculation. Three other Mangifera species were susceptible.
