Abstract : In a 3-season trial with mature date palms interplanted with mango and lime trees, K was applied in the form of K2SO4 at an annual rate of 500 or 1000 g K2O/palm in 2 or 3 equal doses between Mar. and July 1.5 m from the trunk. Highest yield response was obtained with the dose 500 g/palm, applied in 3 equal doses in Mar., May and July.
