Abstract : In studies over 2 years with 8- to 10-year-old trees of the cultivars Langra and Mallika the fruits were sampled at frequent intervals from 45-47 days after fruit set until harvest maturity. Changes in fruit average weight, length and diameter, peel, pulp and stone percentages, specific gravity, moisture, TSS, acidity, TSS:acid ratio, and vitamin C and ?-carotene contents were determined. The data are tabulated. Langra fruits took 84 days to mature and Mallika fruits took 96 days.
