Abstract : Data are tabulated on vegetative, flowering and fruiting behaviour and physicochemical characteristics of the fruit for 15 varieties. Langra, Summer Bhaist Chausa, Mallika, Dashahari and Neelum were most vigorous. Neelum, Langra and Bangalora were highest yielding. The varieties with the best quality characters were Langra, Mallika, Dashahari and Alphanso.
