Abstract : The morphology of 5 Egyptian species belonging to 3 lepidopterous families is described. The gracillariid Acrocercops conflua [Stomphastis conflua] was collected from sea rush (Juncaceae) and water pepper (Polygonaceae). The yponomeutid Plutella xylostella was collected from cabbages, turnips and horse bean [Vicia faba], and Prays citri and P. oleellus [P. oleae] from lemons and olives, respectively. The stathmopodid Stathmopoda auriferella was collected from mangoes and oranges.
