Mango root system in an alluvial regosol.

Abstract : The study was carried out on a 7-year-old mango, cv. Haden. The highest root concentration was within 1.5 m of the trunk at a depth of 1.10-1.70 m. Root distribution was markedly influenced by soil physical properties.
