Examination of quantitative distribution of potassium in mango cv. Langra.

Abstract : Trials were carried out over a year with 5-year-old trees which were successively uprooted each month for analysis. Data are tabulated on K contents in whole trees, leaves, shoots, wood, bark, roots, flowers and fruits. K was highest in the shoots (33.83%) followed by leaves (27.18%), wood (16.94%) and bark (13.15%).
