Abstract : Anagyrus mangicola sp. nov., an encyrtid parasitoid of Rastrococcus species on mango in India, is described and compared with related species. The parasitoid has been the subject of laboratory studies and may be introduced into West Africa to supplement the activities of previously introduced natural enemies of R. invadens, a pest of mango and citrus.
