Egg laying behaviour of gravid females of mango mealy bug, Drosicha mangiferae Green as influenced by soil moisture regimes.

Abstract : Females of Drosicha mangiferae on potted mango plants laid more eggs at 9.4% soil moisture than at 4.2%. An increase in soil moisture to 11.3% resulted in a further reduction in oviposition.
