Abstract : Herbarium specimens and leaves for chemical analysis were collected from 3 areas: Port Moresby, the Highlands and Lae. The collection comprised 24 species, including 6 Ficus , 2 Desmodium and 2 Piper spp., Mangifera minor, Aleurites moluccana, Euphorbia heterophylla and Bidens pilosa. Details of collection site and date and quantity of dry material collected are given.
