A short note on clustering in mango - a new disorder.

Abstract : A malady of unknown cause, serious in the Lucknow area in 1984, was characterized by a cluster of abnormal fruitlets at the tip of the panicles, giving a bunchy tip appearance. Most of these fruits contained aborted and shrivelled embryos. Failure of fruit set may be related to adverse climatic conditions during Feb.-Mar.
