Abstract : Rain and wind increased the incidence of bacterial black spot of mangoes under natural conditions in Réunion Island on contaminated trees and enhanced the spread of the causal agent in the groves. The epiphytic survival of X. campestris pv. mangiferaeindicae on mango leaves is confirmed.
