Abstract : A discussion on mango production and cultural methods in Pakistan is presented. Data are also presented on fruit weight, peel, stone and pulp weight as a percentage of total weight, total soluble solids (%), total invert sugars (%), acidity (%) and vitamin C contents of the pulp, of 12 cultivars.
