Abstract : Seven species of Anthocoptes and Metaculus in Africa are reviewed, 5 of which are new species. Metaculus mangiferae, a pest of mangoes, and M. syzygii are defined. A definition of each genus and a key to the protogyne females of the known species of Metaculus are provided.
