Abstract : Details of total soluble solids, sugar and ascorbic acid content, acidity, flowering, fruiting, maturity, weight of fruit, peel and stone, and distinguishing characteristics, are tabulated for eleven varieties, of which Safeda Lucknow, Sukul and Gaurjit gave the highest yields.
