Abstract : Twenty species of mango hoppers and 2 species of psyllid were recorded on mango in the Konkan region of Maharashtra, India, with Idioscopus niveosparsus the most abundant (40.71%), followed by Amritodus atkinsoni (30.38%) and I. nagpurensis (23.06%). These species were also the most injurious. Leptocentrus sp., Tricentrus sp., Flata spp., Salurnis marginellus, Ketumala sp., Ricania marginalis, Privesa sp., Oliarus sp., Dictyophara sp., Clovia sp., Microceropsylla maculata and M. nigra [Pauropsylla nigra] were also recorded on mango in India for the first time.
