Record of new larval parasitoids of Lymantria beatrix Stoll. (Lepidoptera: Lymantriidae).

Abstract : A study was carried out to determine the parasitoids associated with Lymantria beatrix, a pest of mangoes. Larvae of the lymantriid were collected from an infested mango orchard in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Four larval parasitoids were observed: Echthromorpha sp. (3%), Ephialtes sp. (5%), Carcelia kockiana (9%) and C. octava (7%).
