Abstract : Carbaryl, dimethoate, methomyl, naled and trichlorphon were evaluated for fruit fly control. Four sprays of 0.2% carbaryl or 0.06% dimethoate were effective; the first 2 sprays were applied 30 days apart and the last 2 sprays 2 weeks apart.
