Abstract : Mango cv. Zi Hua fruits were stored at 2, 5, 8 or 11°C. Chilling injury was observed after 15 days at 2° and after 34 days at 5°, but was not observed in fruits stored at 8°. Changes in respiration rate, skin permeability, ethylene evolution and polyamine and ACC contents were also monitored during storage.
