Abstract : Data are presented on the leaf mineral composition of 40-year-old mango trees, healthy or affected with malformation, that had never been fertilized; of 17-year-old trees of Langra, Dusheri and Malda cvs fertilized regularly with FYM and calcium ammonium nitrate; and of 35-year-old trees of 7 different seedling strains that had never been fertilized. There was little difference between the leaf composition of fertilized and unfertilized trees. Most elements except B were lower in infected trees than in healthy trees. The Ca and Fe contents of grafted as well as seedling trees were above optimum.
