Abstract : Information on pest and disease problems of mangoes is compiled. Following a introduction to the tree, briefly covering its cultivation and uses, there are chapters on insect pests (with sections on the biology and control of 26 groups), mango malformation and diseases. Classified lists are given of insects, mites, nematodes, birds and mammals known to have damaged mango orchards. A glossary and species index are included.
