Abstract : Moisture content and fatty acid composition were determined in fully ripe, high quality mangoes (cv. Rosa), avocados (cv. Manteiga), pawpaws (cv. Manào), melons (a Spanish cultivar known as melão espanhol) and passion fruits (cv. Peroba) harvested in spring (September-December) from the Pici campus of the Universidad Federal do Ceará.
