Abstract : The effect of benomyl (as Benlate), cycloheximide (as Actidione), carboxin + thiram (as Vitavax) and copper oxychloride (as Cobox) at 1, 10, 100 and 1000 p.p.m. and benomyl + cyclohexamide at 250, 500 and 1000 p.p.m. on growth and sporulation of F. decemcellulare [Nectria rigidiuscula] was studied in vitro. The best control of growth and sporulation was achieved with benomyl and cyclohexamide at 100 and 1000 p.p.m., carboxin + thiram at 1000 p.p.m. and benomyl + cyclohexamide at 250, 500 and 1000 p.p.m.
