Abstract : The mode of survival of P. mangiferae, the cause of grey blight of mango, was studied. The pathogen oversummered in acervuli and in necrotic spots as dormant mycelium. The incidence and development of grey blight was negatively correlated with max. and min. temp. and positively correlated with max. and min. RH and total rainfall.
