Abstract : Mango cv. Dashehari fruits after harvest were dip treated with fungicides including Bavistin, Rovral and Kawach. Fruits were air dried, packed in wooden boxes lined with newspaper and stored at room temperature (30±2°C, 60-65% RH). Bavistin (500 ppm) was the most effective treatment at reducing physiological weight loss and increasing total soluble solids, sugars and ascorbic acid content of fruits compared with the control.
