Abstract : Females dominated populations of Amritodus atkinsoni throughout the year. The preferred habitat of males and females was in the lower and upper parts, respectively, of mango trees. The incidence of the ectoparasite (Epipyrops fuliginosa [Fulgoraecia fuliginosa]) on the abdomens of male and female A. atkinsoni was correlated with a rise in humidity during June-July and August.
