Abstract : The mango industry in Israel is reviewed. The subjects included are the development of the industry, environmental growing conditions, regional distribution of planted areas, cultivars, rootstocks, irrigation, fertilizers, orchard soil management, pruning, pests and diseases, dates of main phenological stages, harvesting and packing practices and the main production problems. Data on production and export are also discussed.
