Abstract : A summary of the insect and arthropod fauna in Israeli mango orchards is presented. Of 56 species from 20 families found in a survey, 7 species were considered to be economically important pests: Eriophyes mangiferae [Aceria mangiferae], Frankliniella occidentalis, Scirtothrips mangiferae, Milviscutulus mangiferae, Aonidiella orientalis and Ceratitis capitata. Some notes on the control of the pests and lists of natural enemies, and of pollinators of mango in Israel, are included.
